Summary of SuperTix fees for buyers and organizers.
Buyer fees
Ticket prices follow the organizer. Any payment processing fees (if applicable) are shown clearly on checkout before you pay.
Price simulation for organizers
Estimate what buyers pay and what organizers earn: enter the base ticket price and initial package quota (same as when you create a package in the dashboard). Optionally set ticket quantity to see order totals.
Tier details: if initial quota is below 100 tickets, the platform admin fee (once per order) is Rp 3.000; if quota is 100 tickets or more, that admin fee is Rp 5.000. Estimated gateway fees are also charged once per order. Total paid by buyer = (base price × quantity) + admin fee + gateway estimate.

This simulation uses the same calculation as checkout. Figures may change according to platform policy.
Organizers & resale
Commission structures and features can vary by plan. The platform service fee combines platform and payment-processing costs, following the same policy reflected in the simulation above and at checkout. Contact us for a formal proposal.
