  • Event Creators, for event operations
  • Payment service providers, to process transactions

All parties are required to keep data confidential under their agreements.

We apply reasonable security measures, including:

  • Data encryption
  • Protection against unauthorized access
  • Internal access restrictions

Users are also responsible for keeping their accounts secure.

6. Data Retention

Data will be stored as long as:

  • Needed for services, or
  • Required by applicable law

After that, data will be deleted or anonymized.

Terms and Conditions of Use

1. General Terms

By accessing and using the SuperTix platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

SuperTix provides a ticket management system (TMS) and is not the event organizer. All events are the responsibility of the Event Creator.

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the platform.

2. Definitions

  • User / You: An individual or legal entity using the platform
  • SuperTix / We: The platform service provider
  • Event Creator: The event organizer
  • Buyer: The party purchasing tickets
  • Event: An activity created by the Event Creator

3. Service Use

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws
  • Not misuse the system
  • Keep their accounts secure

Users are prohibited from:

  • Copying, modifying, or damaging the system
  • Distributing tickets without authorization
  • Illegal activity such as spam, phishing, or malware

4. Event Creator Terms

Event Creators must:

  • Ensure events do not violate laws or norms
  • Take full responsibility for the event
  • Provide clear information to buyers
  • Inform buyers of changes or cancellations

SuperTix is not responsible for:

  • Event failure
  • Losses due to event organization
  • Disputes between Event Creators and Buyers

5. Transactions & Tickets

  • All ticket transactions are processed via SuperTix
  • Purchased tickets are the responsibility of the Event Creator
  • Buyers must keep their e-tickets confidential

6. Refund Policy

  • Purchased tickets are non-refundable
  • Refunds apply only in case of payment system errors
  • Refunds due to event cancellation follow the Event Creator’s policy
  • Proof of transaction is required for refunds

7. Data & Privacy

  • SuperTix collects only necessary data for transactions
  • User data is protected with adequate security
  • We do not sell data to third parties
  • Users are responsible for account confidentiality

8. Force Majeure

SuperTix is not responsible for service failures due to events beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Riots
  • Major system outages

9. Intellectual Property

All content and systems on the SuperTix platform are protected by law. Users may not use, copy, or distribute them without permission.

10. Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Indonesia.
